Cold-Pressed Daily

Every juice is pressed fresh each morning using a slow cold-press method that preserves nutrients and delivers maximum flavor.

From-Scratch Bakes

Our bakery team starts every shift before dawn. Croissants, sourdough loaves, and seasonal tarts — all made from scratch, baked to order.

Local & Seasonal

We source produce from farms around Massachusetts and rotate our menu with the seasons so every sip and bite reflects what's freshest.

Our Story

Rooted in Freshness,
Grown in Community

Herb N Juice Cafe started with a simple idea: what if a neighborhood spot could serve food that actually tastes like the ingredient it comes from? No processed shortcuts, no hidden syrups — just real produce, real flour, real butter.

We opened our doors in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood to give our community a place that feels like home. Our juices are pressed by hand each morning, our bread is fermented slowly, and every recipe is tested until it's right.
